Ramsgate Tunnels Refund policy
Ramsgate Tunnels does not offer refunds on pre-booked online tickets unless at least 48 hours advance notice is given in writing to admin@ramsgatetunnels.org.
Ramsgate Tunnels will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and within 5 days of the notice of cancellation.
The refunded amount will be applied to the credit/debit card used for the original payment.
Confirmation of the refund will be sent in writing to the email address supplied at the time of the original booking.
